Before returning any of these products please call 1(800) 509- RAMP from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday to make us aware of the situation and so our friendly sales associates can help you thru the return process.

You may return new items within 30 days for a refund, minus any shipping costs incurred. If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. When returning an item the customer is responsible for shipping all of the purchased items back.

Please be advised that no returns will be accepted after 30 days (1 month) from the date of purchase..

Custom-built products, tow dollies, ramps or modular ramp systems cannot be returned Or Cancelled after the building of them has started.

Should the product you purchased have been offered with free shipping and handling included, then the actual shipping charges incurred to have the item delivered to you will be deducted from the refund.

We will not accept returns that have been damaged or have signs of use or missing parts, I.E. not complete, unless it was caused by the shipping Company while in transit to you.
